Kennedy Memorial Dr (CSAH 110) & Kensington Dr (CR 665) - Reconstruction

About this Project

The St. Louis County Public Works Department has a proposed project on CSAH 110 (Kennedy Memorial Dr) from 0.1 West of Wyandotte Rd to 0.1 East of Coventry Rd scheduled for construction between May 19 and October 11. The scope of the project includes Mill & Overlay, Storm Sewer, Curb & Gutter, and Sidewalk. There is another project connected to this on CR 665 (Kensington Dr) from Kennedy Memorial Dr. to Hampshire Rd. scheduled for construction between May 19 and October 11 of this year. The scope of this project is a complete reconstruction.

Location

CSAH 110 (Kennedy Memorial Dr) from 0.1 West of Wyandotte Rd to 0.1 East of Coventry Rd and CR 665 (Kensington Dr) from Kennedy Memorial Dr. to Hampshire Rd.

Traffic Impacts

Work on Kennedy Memorial Dr. will be done under traffic except for a 3 week period. Please use posted detour and visit the website for more updates.

Property Access Details

This project will be performed with a road closure. Houses with no access to a side street will access their homes either by driving through the construction site, or walking on a marked path to their home when road access is not feasible. We will try and keep the amount of time that walking is required to a minimum. Persons with disabilities should contact Eric Fallstrom to discuss special accommodations.

During the placement of curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, and concrete driveways, vehicular access to your property will be limited. The Contractor will contact you prior to any disruptions to access to your property to discuss the details on where to park.
