Waisanen Rd (CR 362) - Bridge Replacement
About this Project
The St. Louis County Public Works Department has a proposed 2 bridge replacement projects on CR 362 (Waisanen Rd) located in Embarrass and spanning over the Embarrass River. The replacement work is scheduled for construction between August 3 and October 17, 2026. The scope of the project is to remove the both existing bridges, construct (2) 20-foot precast concrete box culverts, and approximately 400-feet of road work by each bridge.

When and where will construction occur?
Construction will occur from August through mid-October in 2026 to reconstruct two bridges. Only one bridge will be replaced at a time and estimating 5-weeks per bridge. Construction will typically occur between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm Monday through Friday, and work on Saturdays as needed to complete the project on time. No work will occur on Sundays.
How will I get to my house if I live on this section of roadway?
All driveway entrances shall remain open during construction activities.
How will I know when there will be a disruption in access to my property?
Access disruptions are not anticipated but if required, the Contractor will contact you prior to any disruptions to access to your property.
