Woodland Rd (CR 382) - Bridge Replacement
About this Project
The St. Louis County Public Works Department has a proposed a bridge replacement project on CR 382 (Woodland Rd) located 5.0 miles south of Eveleth and spanning over the Long Lake Creek. The replacement work is scheduled for construction between July 27 and September 26, 2026, but is anticipated to only need 4-weeks upon start. The scope of the project is to remove the existing culverts, construct a single 16-foot precast concrete box culvert, and approximately 450-feet of road work.

Road will be closed with no detour required.

When and where will construction occur?
Construction will occur from the end of July through September in 2026 but is anticipated to only be 4-weeks upon start of project. Construction will typically occur between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm Monday through Friday, and work on Saturdays as needed to complete the project on time. No work will occur on Sundays.
How will I get to my house if I live on this section of roadway?
All driveway entrances shall remain open during construction activities. During construction, a signed detour route will be provided until the project is complete.
How will I know when there will be a disruption in access to my property?
Access disruptions are not anticipated but if required, the Contractor will contact you prior to any disruptions to access to your property.
