About this Project
The St. Louis County Public Works Department has a proposed project on CR 869 (Sunset Lake Dr) from CR 872 (Bear Trap Rd) to CR 869 (Sunset Lake Dr) terminus and CR 827 (Bear Trap Rd) from Hwy 7 to CR 869 (Sunset Lake Dr) scheduled for construction between July 6 and August 29 of this year. The scope of the project is to replace one culvert on Sunset Lake Dr and one on Bear Trap Rd.

Property Access Details
This project will be performed with a road closure. Houses with no access to a side street will access their homes either by driving through the construction site, or walking on a marked path to their home when road access is not feasible. We will try and keep the amount of time that walking is required to a minimum. Persons with disabilities should contact Steve Krasaway to discuss special accommodations.

When and where will construction occur?
Construction will occur from July through August in 2026. Construction will be occurring between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, and between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm on Saturdays. No work will occur on Sundays.
