About this Project
The St. Louis County Public Works Department has a proposed a culvert replacement project on CSAH 84 located 5.0 miles NW of Chisholm and over an unnamed stream. The replacement work is scheduled for construction between September 14 and October 31, 2026. The scope of the project is to remove the existing culverts, construct a single 10-foot precast concrete box culvert, and approximately 450-feet of road work.

Traffic Impacts
Utilize posted detour and reference map above. Traveling from the east, head north on CSAH 134 (Dewey Lake Rd) for 2.2 miles. Take a left turn onto UT 8128 (Connors Rd), and another left turn onto Hwy 5 to connect back onto CSAH 84.

Construction will occur in July 2026. Construction will typically occur between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm Monday through Friday, and work on Saturdays as needed to complete the project on time. No work will occur on Sundays.
How will I get to my house if I live on this section of roadway?
All driveway entrances shall remain open during construction activities. During construction, a signed detour route will be provided until the project is complete.
How will I know when there will be a disruption in access to my property?
Access disruptions are not anticipated but if required, the Contractor will contact you prior to any disruptions to access to your property.
