CSAH 133 (Hwy 133) - Culvert Replacement
About this Project
The St. Louis County Public Works Department has a proposed a culvert replacement project on CSAH 133 located 3.5 miles west of Meadowlands and spanning over County Judicial Ditch. The replacement work is scheduled for construction between May 18 and August 7, 2026, but anticipated only needing 1-week upon Contractor start. The scope of the project is to salvage the existing culvert, reset the culvert at new ditch grade, and approximately 150-feet of road work.

Traffic Impacts
Please utilize the one-lane bypass road for through traffic during construction. Minor delays are expected.

When and where will construction occur?
Construction will occur from mid-May through early August in 2026 but is anticipated to only need 1-week upon Contractor start. Construction will typically occur between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm Monday through Friday, and work on Saturdays as needed to complete the project on time. No work will occur on Sundays.
How will I get to my house if I live on this section of roadway?
All driveway entrances shall remain open during construction activities. During construction, a one-lane bypass road will be provided until the project is complete.
How will I know when there will be a disruption in access to my property?
Access disruptions are not anticipated but if required, the Contractor will contact you prior to any disruptions to access to your property.
