About this Project

The St. Louis County Public Works Department has scheduled the replacement of County Bridge 918 to occur during the summer months of 2024. The bridge is located on CSAH 14 (W Skyline Pwky), a route into Spirit Mountain recreation area, spanning over Knowlton Creek and CN Railway, and within the City of Proctor, MN. The scope of the project is to fully replace the existing bridge, construct new Bridge 918, reconstruct Knowlton Creek to an open natural channel, and approach grading and paving of CSAH 14. A detour route will be signed for the duration of construction.

From Jct of CSAH 14 (Mountain Dr) to 0.1 Miles north of Jct CSAH 14 (Mountain Dr)



Traffic Impacts

CSAH 14 (W Skyline Parkway) will be closed to traffic from the intersection of CSAH 14 (Mountain Dr.) to 0.1 Miles North, follow posted detour route.
