About this Project

The St. Louis County Public Works Department has a proposed project on W. Tischer Rd & N. Tischer Rd (CSAH 10), Lester River Rd (CSAH 12), Maxwell Rd (CR 241), Eagle Lake Rd (CR 246) & Medin Rd (CR 252). Road scheduled for construction between May 11 and August 8 of this year. The scope of the projects is to reclaim and overlay a new bituminous surface.

W Tischer Rd (CSAH 10) from CSAH 37 (Jean Duluth Rd.) to Strand Rd., Lester River Rd (CSAH 12) from CSAH 10 (Strand Rd.) to CR 818 (Roberg Rd.), Maxwell Rd (CR 241) from Oak Street to CSAH 10 (West Tischer Rd.) Eagle Lake Rd (CR 246) from Martin Rd to CSAH 2 (West Tischer Rd), Medin Rd (CR 252) from CSAH 37 (Jean Duluth Rd.) to CR 241 (Maxwell Rd.)

Traffic Impacts

There will be no detour and all work will be completed under traffic.


Property Access Details

During reclaiming and paving of bituminous surface, vehicular access to your property maybe limited. The Contractor will contact you prior to any disruptions to access to your property to discuss the details on where to park.

If you would like to have any additional work performed on your driveway, please contact the Contractor directly.


Mailboxes

As part of St. Louis County’s safety policy, new mailbox supports & mailboxes meeting the Federal crash guidelines will be installed by the Contractor. The new mailbox will be installed in approximately the same location as your existing mailbox. The old supports & mailboxes will be deposited next to your driveway for possible salvage by the owners. About 2 weeks after installation of the new supports & mailboxes, any supports & mailboxes not salvaged by the property owner will be picked up for disposal.
