About this Project

The St. Louis County Public Works Department has a proposed project on 2nd Street (CSAH 11) from 5th Avenue to Highway 2 scheduled for construction in 2027. The scope of the project is to replace the existing concrete pavement with bituminous, replace the curb & gutter and sidewalk, and construct a median between the Kingsbury Creek bridge and Pionk Drive in order to allow the continuation of the railroad quiet zone.
